Paralegal
Estate and Trust Administration Practice Area

Responsibilities include administration of estates and trusts from start to finish, consisting of:

preparation of pleadings to open probate estate, collection of assets,
preparation of inventories and accountings,
preparation of estate tax, gift tax, individual income tax and fiduciary income tax returns, and distribution of assets.

The position includes extensive client contact.

The ideal candidate will be self-motived and have a strong attention to detail.
5+ years of experience is preferred.
CPA or accounting/tax background is highly desirable.

This is an ideal position for a candidate who wants to develop a sophisticated practice in a collegial environment which also provides ongoing business development training.

The ideal candidate will have 5 + years of experience and should be able to first- or second- chair corporate matters related to mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, debt and equity offerings, restructurings, entity selection and formation, general corporate matters and sophisticated commercial contract work.

Candidates should possess a strong work ethic, be detail oriented and have a desire for autonomy and significant client/matter responsibility while leading teams on projects.
