ANNUAL FDD UPDATE AND STATE FRANCHISE REGISTRATION RENEWALS IN 2024
It will soon be that time of year when we will be working with our franchisor clients to prepare the required year-end updates to their Franchise Disclosure Document and file state registration renewal applications. The FTC Rule requires that all franchisors update their FDDs within 120 days of their fiscal year end, which for most of our clients in December 31.
A Cup of Christmas Cheer
In cooperation with Naperville Rotary After Dark and our friends at Empire Burgers & Brew, Huck Bouma PC was thrilled to be able to share some Christmas cheer with local nursing home residents. We were honored to deliver over 1,850 Holiday cards containing yuletide wishes during this festive season. The cards were delivered to 17 different facilities in the surrounding area.

Huck Bouma was pleased to be a sponsor of the 12th Annual Reindeer Run 2023, a 5K presented in partnership with the Wheaton Lions Club and the Wheaton Park District.
This race was held on Saturday, December 2, 2023; beginning and ending in downtown Wheaton (at DuPage County Historical Museum). The route went north through residential neighborhoods.
