Erika L. Jurgenson is a Paralegal in the Estate and Trust Administration group. She joined Huck Bouma, PC in 2015, bringing with her a diverse legal background and a dedication to client service. Erika specializes in the administration of trusts and estates, trust funding and various types of asset titling including real estate transfers. She is available to guide families through every step of the administration process, including probate estates. Erika also initiates and manages guardianship estates for minor children and disabled adults.
Erika also assists the Business Services division, providing a variety of services to our corporate clients including entity formations and dissolutions, mergers, assignments of assets and interests, and audit and management of corporate record books.
Erika received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Illinois State University, with a major in Political Science in 2003, and received her Paralegal Certificate in 2007.
Erika resides in the western suburbs with her family. She enjoys reading, traveling around the country with her family, and loves spending time at the beach.
