Katie May has been asked to participate in a panel discussion for the DuPage County Bar Association Health Law Committee

Attorney Katie May has been asked to participate in a panel discussion for the DuPage County Bar Association Health Law Committee (along with Ronette Leal McCarthy of Elements Cremation, and Ben Neiburger of Generation Law), on the topic of Advanced Directives in Illinois. The panel discussion will address the advanced directives available in Illinois, including the DNR/POLST, Living Will, and updated Health Care Power of Attorney. Additionally, the Illinois Health Care Surrogate Act will be explored. The meeting is scheduled to take place on January 28^th at 12:00 p.m. in the Attorney Resource Center of the DuPage County Courthouse.
