Brian LaFratta, the Chair of the firm’s Employment Law Practice Group, recently hosted a presentation entitled “Recent Developments in Illinois Non-Compete Law” at the DuPage County Bar Association’s annual Mega-Meeting. Brian is the Chair of the DCBA’s Labor and Employment Law Committee. The presentation, which was attended by over 70 local attorneys, provided a summary of Illinois non-compete law, as well as recent legal developments affecting employers and employees alike.
