Christopher Riley is a director in the Business Services Practice Group, advising clients on a multitude of issues, with a strong focus on mergers and acquisitions. Chris has extensive experience with corporate transactions, including formation issues; the purchase or sale of companies; mergers and acquisitions; reorganizations, divestitures and restructurings; joint ventures; corporate governance and planning; the sale and purchase of goods and services; and other general corporate matters. He has ample experience negotiating and drafting transactional documents from asset or stock purchase agreements and corporate governance documentation to customer or supplier contracts. Mr. Riley is also familiar with developing private placement memoranda, subscription agreements, and ancillary agreements to effectuate private security offerings and debt raises.
Prior to joining Huck Bouma, Chris was an associate attorney at the Chicago law firm of McDonald Hopkins.
