Biography
Gwyn R. Livingston provides paralegal support services for the real estate practice group at Huck Bouma.
In 1997, Gwyn began her career in real estate with her position as a real estate closing specialist at Chicago Title & Trust Company. Gwyn furthered her career at Attorneys’ Title Guaranty Fund, Inc., where she worked in the western suburbs as an independent closer for the title agent. After having facilitated so many real estate closings, she has gained extensive experience in preparing title searches, RESPAs and other closing documents.
Gwyn is originally from Northeastern Iowa, and attended the University of Northern Iowa.
Gwyn resides in Winfield. When not at work, she enjoys reading, working out, watching sports and spending time with her family and friends.
