Biography

Cindy A. Smith is a paralegal in the estate and trust administration group. She began her career in 1991 working for a sole practitioner focusing in the area of domestic relations and litigation. Since then she has worked for a large downtown firm in commercial litigation and then made the transition to a small suburban firm where she began to focus on estate planning and estate administration. Her move to Huck Bouma in 2008 was to expand her experience relative to complex estate and trust administration. Cindy’s main focus is to assist the attorney and work closely with families at a difficult time to ensure the administration process is smooth, timely, and upholds the wishes of the estate plan executed by the decedent.
